Delivery

All orders will take 5-16 business days to be shipped from Italy to your door. I myself assume 21 days to avoid the anticipation. If anything is wrong with your order. If any damage exists, wrong item, manufacture errors. Please reach out to alive shoes immediately for a repair or replacement. I do not have access to do so. If your item was purchased directly from me. Please reachout to me with any issues or concerns about your product.
